Deep forest healing is an earthy, subtly spicy blend that promotes deep healing and well-being. This blend is full of the most nutritious herbs that pack a powerful immune boosting punch.
I use only organic high quality herbs, some of which are grown right in my garden at home. I handcraft each batch in small qualities. The herbs selected for this tea are-
organic astragalus root
organic moringa
organic holy basil
organic echinacea
organic angelica
organic ginger
organic cinnamon
-A bit about the herbs-
Astragalus root is an adaptogen, meaning it brings healing to the parts of your body that need it most. This immune boosting herb has anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effects. It fights fatigue, the common cold and many other diseases.
Moringa is full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It's anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antibacterial. It is a heart healthy plant that's great for your cardiovascular system and controlling diabetes.
Holy basil (tulsi) is another adaptogen herb. It relieves stress, regulates blood sugar and relieves joint pain. It is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and full of antioxidants.
Echinacea increases the number of white blood cells helping your body's defense system fight off germs. It's known to boost the immune system and reduce the effects of the common cold, flu and other illnesses.
Angelica is anti-spasmodic, helping relieve cramps and muscle pain. It helps with gas and bloating, heartburn, fevers, and anxiety.
Ginger reduces inflammation and muscle pain. It aids digestion and helps with nausea. It helps regulate cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
Cinnamon, much like ginger, is anti-inflammatory and heart healthy. It's full of antioxidants helping fight free radicals. It helps settle the stomach. It also helps prevent neurodegenerative diseases.

A sample is approximately 2-3 cups of tea.
A 4 oz jar makes approximately 10 - 13 cups of tea.
An 8 oz jar is approximately 20-25 cupd of tea.
Brewing instructions~
Steep 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of tea in 6 ounces of boiling water. Allow tea to steep for 5-10 minutes depending on how strong you enjoy your tea.
