This mortar and pestal is approximately 3.25" tall and 3" wide. The pestal is approximately 2.75" long.
Orthoceras is actually a fossil! It is a genus of extinct nautiloid cephalopod. These creatures roamed the seas during the Ordovician Period (485 million - 443 million years ago). Orthoceras resonates with the root chakra. It is very grounding and taps into ancient Earth energy. It is great to tapping into past lives and recognizing repeating patterns through out our lives. It's also great for ancestral connection. This fossil pushes us on a path of transformation, from who we were, to who were are and to who we want to be.
