My solar plexus tea helps stimulate the solar plexus chakra and brings digestive healing. This is a great tea to turn to if you have an upset stomach. The solar plexus is the navel chakra and our personal power energy center. It's color is yellow and is associated with our willpower and happiness.
I use only organic high quality herbs, some of which are grown right in my garden at home. I handcraft each batch in small qualities. The herbs selected for this tea are-

organic ginger
-A bit about the herbs-
Dandelion leaf and roots are extremely detoxifying. This sunny yellow herb sings to the solar plexus. It help sooth upset stomachs and aid in digestion. It also is known to uplift moods.
Catnip is used to treat intestinal cramps and aid indigestion. It brings happiness and good luck.
Calendula is extremely healing. It's anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral. It's anti-spasmodic helping relieve cramps.
Lemongrass is cleansing and purifying. It relieves bloating and anxiety.
Rosemary is an ancient herb- cleansing and protective. It has a warming and soothing effect. It's also extremely healing. It helps improves memory.
Angelica is anti-spasmodic, helping relieve cramps and muscle pain. It helps with gas and bloating, heartburn, fevers, and anxiety.
Ginger reduces inflammation and muscle pain. It aids digestion and helps with nausea. It helps regulate cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

You have the option of receiving a 4 oz mason jar or an 8 oz mason jar. Both sizes include a small wooden serving soon.
A 4 oz jar makes approximately 10 - 13 cups of tea.
Brewing instructions~
Steep 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of tea in 6 ounces of boiling water. Allow tea to steep for 5-10 minutes depending on how strong you enjoy your tea.
