I love sugar scrubs because they are more gentle and more hydrating than salt scrubs. The smaller, rounder granules are even gentle enough for your face! Sugar is a natural humectant, meaning it draws moisture from the environment into the skin. Therefore it helps hydrate your skin and keep moisture within. I craft my sugar scrubs with organic minimally processed sugar and apricot oil. I use apricot oil because it is less greasy feeling and it is full of omega fatty acids and vitamins to nourish your skin! Apricot seed oil contains gamma linoleic acid that is useful to firm and tone your skin. It also has Vitamin A and E which soothe and slow down the aging process.

Breathe Easy- Tea Tree and Eucalyptus
Great for times when you have a cold. Breathe easy with this blend that helps relieve congestion.
Both tea tree oil and eucalyptus are known to be anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory.
Tea tree oil is used to relieve eczema and other skin irritations. Eucalyptus is used for skin irritation
and relieving respiratory ailments.
Peaceful Night- Lavender, Blue Yarrow, and Ylang Ylang
Calming and relaxing, this combination is the best when you need to de-stress or to encourage deep, restful sleep.
This duo is also anti-bacterial, anti-septic, and anti-inflammatory. They have long been a go to for skin health and beauty.
Known to be full of antioxidants and reduce acne.
Shield- Patchouli, Frankincense, and Sandalwood
Earthy and grounding. This is a "heal all" blend, expect this combo to effect your overall well-being and mental health. This is an extremely protective blend.
